CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

"Indulge guilt-free: Creamy chocolate chia pudding that's as nutritious as it is delicious!"

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoons of Cacao powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup of milk of choice
  • 1/4 Cup of Chia seeds
  • Raspberries
  • Nuts and seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add cacao powder maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, and chia seeds. Whisk until fully mixed.
  2. Leave mixture in bowl for 15 minutes so chia seeds can naturally expand. After 15 minutes of sitting, whisk again.
  3. Cover bowl and leave in fridge for about 4 hours or overnight
  4. Remove pudding from fridge, serve, garnish, and enjoy!
